We proudly sell the highest quality vehicles on the market and offer unlimited potential for earnings. 

Prior vehicle sales is preferred and will make for a more accelerated transition. At the same time, we value raw talent that will transition well to the automotive worlds. 

Must be good with technology and the latest trends in the digital world.

    2. Job-Specific Expectations
      1. Be directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards, as set at the sole discretion of the dealership.
      2. Coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas. Meet the profit margin goals for vehicle sales.
      3. Be polite and friendly and greet customers promptly. Consistently follow the outlined sales process.
      4. Utilize floor time effectively in meeting the customers needs and soliciting sales.
      5. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
      6. Demonstrate and test drive vehicles.
      7. Verify that customers are qualified for their wants, needs, and ability to buy.
      8. Maintain current knowledge and familiarity with new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
      9. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product.
      10. Perform pre-delivery inspection and road test before delivery to customer.
      11. Deliver vehicles to customers after purchase. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
      12. Utilize the delivery of any new or used vehicle to create an event that will facilitate customer loyalty to the dealership.Understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to customer.
      13. Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly.
      14. Utilize a consistent quotation process for purchases, trade-ins, and vehicle sales.
      15. Move and arrange display vehicles on showroom and on lot as directed by management.
      16. Deal with customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      17. Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
      18. Attend pertinent training and stay current with with sales department concerns and sales techniques.
      19. Attend sales meetings.

  4. Compensation: 

    The Internet Sales Associate Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $15.50.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
